Mark Vroegop has been the Lead Pastor of College Park Church in Indianapolis since 2008. Along with being married to Sarah and the father of four children, he is a contributor to 15 Things Seminary Couldn’t Teach Me, and an author of a future book entitled Dark Clouds, Deep Mercy: Discovering the Grace of Lament (March 2019). Mark is also a conference speaker, a trustee at Cedarville University, and a council member of The Gospel Coalition.
For the last decade at College Park Church we have not only distributed a church bulletin but also a copy of the sermon manuscript. Beginning in August, I decided to end the practice.
Embracing dependency through prayer helps you remain faithful. Crying out to God is part of the means of keeping you on the right track. Prayer reminds you who you are and who God is.
